The combination of spicy Harissa olive oil and tart key lime balsamic vinegar gives grilled corn an unexpected lovely flavor without requiring a ton of additional ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, clean well
- 1/2 cup Olive This! Harissa olive oil⠀
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/4 cup of Olive This! Key Lime Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- fresh basil, chopped
Directions
Preheat grill to 500 deg.Scrub 4 ears of corn with a brush really well. Brush corn with Harissa olive oil. Grill each side for 4 mins while basting with addition Harissa olive oil
and keeping with top closed after each turn.Turn about 4 times total.⠀
Sprinkle kosher salt VERY lightly over each ear of corn. Pour 1/4 cup of Key Lime Balsamic vinegar into a flat dish. Roll each ear of corn in Key Lime Balsamic vinegar.⠀
Serve hot with crumbled feta cheese and chopped basil.
