Olive This! was conceptualized in 2012 from two friends who shared a love of good food and healthy eating. Rustin & Stephanie share this love and are happily continuing their mission of providing high end “try before you buy” olive oils and vinegars to South Charlotte.
Over the past twenty years Rustin & Stephanie have lived in most all regions of the United States and even Asia. But after experiencing true Southern hospitality in Charlotte, they knew this is where they wanted to start their family and call home. Owning Olive This! allows them to indulge in their passions of food and entertainment. They look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your olive oil and vinegar experience.
At Olive This! you have the opportunity to taste and compare more than 45 varieties of the finest imported extra virgin olive oils, all natural, aged balsamic vinegars and specialty oils. We offer a wide range of infused and fused extra virgin olive oils as well as the freshest single varietal extra virgin olive oils available from both the northern and southern hemispheres. Our olives are grown and pressed by artisans and small farms throughout the world and are 100% extra virgin, unfiltered and settled. Our all-natural balsamic vinegars are harvested in Modena, Italy, and aged in oak barrels for up to 18 years.
All of our oils and vinegars are imported to our store in Charlotte and bottled on site.

A friend gave me some bottles of different things when moving from illinois to Ohio. Included was a small bottle of Olive Love This! traditional balsamic vinegar. I fell in LOVE. Her boyfriend’s daughter lives n Charlotte, ah ha, must have come from your business. I am going to order some products. Have you tried expanding to other cities, towns, grocery store???
