This fused citrus oil is wonderful on salads, in marinades, for sauteing shrimp, scallops or chicken. It is also wonderful for baking. Try this with any of our dark fruit balsamics: Raspberry, Blackberry Ginger, and Wild Blueberry or with white Jalapeno balsamic.
