This is hands down the best balsamic vinegar I have ever used. It’s like First Aid for boring foods. Some of my favorite uses for it are:
– drizzled on avocado toast
– drizzled on lentil dishes
– added to stews (almost any kind)
– as a finish for cooked cabbage
The rich, lightly sweet but deep flavors of this vinegar enhance foods like few other things I’ve tried. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
