Want a versatile spread with a smoky kick? Try this sauce inspired by Aaron Sanchez from the Food Network; but instead of taking over an hour to infuse garlic cloves in oil, we reached for our garlic-infused olive oil and created this throw-it-all-in-a-blender recipe that was done in 8 minutes. We also added cannellini beans for body and when combined with the chipotles and lime zest this sauce has tremendous depth of flavor. Not only is this a great spread on crackers or crostini, you can use it as a flavor-boosting marinade for chicken, fish or pork. Try it as a spicy spread on burgers or grilled chicken sandwiches. Finally, use it as a base for a salad dressing whisking 1 tablespoon of the sauce with Ā¼ cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice. Aaron calls his sauce āGarlic-Chipotle Loveā and says itās one of his favorite sauces on the planet. We canāt argue with that!
