Shrub Me the Right Way
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Muddy River Distillery Silver Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Mint Strawberry Shrub
- .5 oz Hibiscus Tea
- .5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Ingredients
- 1 cupOlive This! Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries washed and quartered
- 1 cup sugar
- Handful of fresh mint

Place strawberries in bowl. Cover with sugar and stir.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until juice is released from the strawberries and starts to combine with sugar to form syrup. This may take 5 to 6 hours.

Strain syrup from fruit. Press lightly on solids to express any remaining juice/syrup.

Add vinegar and whisk to combine.

Pour through funnel into clean bottle. Cap and shake vigorously, and mark date on bottle. Store in refrigerator.
To make Hibiscus Tea simply add one cup of dried hibiscus flowers to to cups of warm water. Let steep for 20 mins to 1/2 hr depending on the intensity of the flavor you want.
