Peach Prosciutto Bruschetta

This summer time treat is a great appetizer for any occasion. Be sure to grab the sweet Carolina peaches during their peak season. I prefer to finish the bite with a drizzle of Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar (available in-store only) but Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar is also quite lovely on this bite.

Slice and toast the baguette on a cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees. While they are toasting in the oven slice the peaches and wrap them with prosciutto. When the bread is toasted remove from the oven and spread each slice with ricotta cheese. Top it with the wrapped peaches. Drizzle with Denissimo or Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar.
