Ingredients
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 2-3 strawberries
- 2-3 slices of cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoons of Olive This! Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup of brewed black tea
- Sparkling water
- A few sprigs of fresh mint (or rosemary)
Directions
Muddle the strawberries, cucumber and mint in the citrus juice. Add tea, vinegar and top with sparkling water.
Adjust the ratios to your taste. This makes 2 servings.
This would also be good with rosemary or juniper berries in place of the mint.
