This recipe is great for use on sandwiches, toast, bagels or bruschetta. We used a soft goat cheese, but cream cheese or ricotta would be also be divine.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soft plain goat cheese (chevre)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Olive This! Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, also great with Raspberry Balsamic or Mission Fig Balsamic
Directions
Let cheese soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then whip in the balsamic vinegar. It will last refrigerated up to 5 days.
Makes 2 tablespoons. Multiply the recipe to have a larger batch on hand.
