Ingredients
- 9 – 1 inch cubes of feta cheese
- 9 – 1 inch cubes of watermelon
- 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Olive This! Harissa Olive Oil
- 2 cups spring greens or arugula salad mix
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup Olive This! Key Lime Balsamic Vinegar
